I have been getting really jealous of Natasha ever since she got a blog, so I decided to create one of my own, and fill it with the ultra-interesting random thoughts that cross my mind each day. This way, perhaps my friends and neighbours will be spared from such comments as, "Have you ever heard that song, 'Kentucky Rain' by Elvis Presley? I heard it the other day while I was in line for the ATM, and it got me thinking ...".
Probably not - instead they'll have to hear it, AND read it on my blog.
I got the title for this blog from my grade eight S.R.C. rep campaign slogan, "Karen Cares: Vote Karen". In this case, it is meant to signify the thoughts that are not significant enough to tell anyone ... except the entire internet.
It is killing me that I could not use an apostophe, and had to use a hyphen instead of a space, because I am a stickler for good grammar. However, without the hypen, it looked like "Karen Scares".
